Sometimes, your books might be stuck in a state known as 'processing' or 'process pending'. Not to worry—this just means your books are getting integrated within the Lix system. It's not a permanent process, but sometimes books may get stuck and might need a little push! Here are some images to demonstrate what this process looks like: 

Solution? 

Try resetting your Lix app manually. To do this, click here, where you'll be redirected to an article explaining how to rest your app. 

But it didn't work? 

If resetting your app doesn't seem to solve the problem, reach out to us at support@lix.com or send us a message in the chat bubble located in the bottom right corner of your screen. When you write to us, make sure to include the books that are stuck on your shelf. This way, we can manually fix the issue for you.
