So everything is stuck and our app is just not playing ball. Now this might seem like a sign from a greater being that you have studied enough for today and you should go relax for a bit, and you should, but let us fix Lix so its ready for your next study session.

To begin with you can try and manually reset the app. Depending on your computer this is done in slightly different ways.

Mac:

On Mac while you are using the Lix app go to the top of the screen to the top bar and hit Lix, then click reset app, and that will surprisingly reset the app. As a disclaimer you will be logged out and your books will be deleted but that does not mean that you lose your books forever. Your annotations and highlights will be saved and fine, you will just have to login to Lix again and re download your books. The image below should give some guidance on how to do this. 

Windows:

On Windows computers it is a similar process to Mac. While using the Lix app hit the Alt button on your keep board and a bar at the top of the Lix app will appear. Go to file, and then reset app. This will reset the app. It must be noted that your books will be deleted but that does not mean your books are gone forever. Your notes and annotations will also be saved. The only thing you will have to do is login in to Lix again re download your books. The image below should give some guidance on how to do this.

If the previous solutions didn't work you can also try to uninstall Lix, and re install it again. You can download the latest version of the app here: www.lix.com/en/download
