Some users have experienced their screen freezes and remains in a "white state" when starting the Lix app.

There are 2 possible solutions:

Solution 1: Resetting the app

For Windows

Press (alt) and a menu bar will appear in the top left corner of the window. Click on "File," and then "Reset App."

For Mac

Click on "Lix" in the top left corner of the window, and then click on "Reset App".

Solution 2: Reinstall Lix

For Mac:

  1. Click "Go" in the upper left corner
  2. "Click on "Go to folder"
  3. Insert the following link in the folder path:
    "/Users/$USER/Library/Application Support/Lix/"
  4. Replace $USER with your own username (e.g., $JOHNDOE) 
  5. Delete everything in the folder (Folder name: "Lix")
  6. Reinstall Lix using this link: https://www.lix.com/en/download

For Windows

  1. Open a random folder
  2. Insert the following link in the folder path:
    "C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Lix"
  3. Replace %USERNAME% with your own username (e.g., %JOHNDOE%)
  4. Delete everything in the folder
  5. Reinstall Lix using this link: https://www.lix.com/en/download
