Some users have experienced their screen freezes and remains in a "white state" when starting the Lix app.

There are 2 possible solutions:

Solution 1)

Resetting the app

The solution to this problem is to “reset” the app.

For Windows

Press (alt) and a menu bar will appear in the top left corner of the window. Click on "File," and then "Reset App."

For Mac

Click on "Lix" in the top left corner of the window, and then click on "Reset App."

Solution 2)

For Mac:

  1. Click "Go" in the upper left corner
  2. "Click on "Go to folder"
  3. Insert this in the folder path:
    "/Users/$USER/Library/Application Support/Lix/"
  4. Delete everything in the folder (Foldername: "Lix")
  5. Re-install Lix using this link: https://www.lix.com/en/download

For Windows

  1. Open a random folder
  2. Insert this in the folder path:
    "C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Lix"
  3. Delete everything in the folder
  4. Re-install Lix using this link: https://www.lix.com/en/download
